UK Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
Delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?
UK Shipping
Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. Express delivery is available for £2.99.
Orders under £50 are charged £3.99 for standard delivery. Express delivery is available for £4.99.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are generally calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
For customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, standard delivery is included in the product price once the free-shipping threshold is met. Where available, express delivery options will be shown at checkout for an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Taxes, Duties & Import Charges
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
For most international destinations, orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and couriers and are outside of our control. Couriers may contact you directly to collect payment before delivery.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) exceptions apply to France and Germany. Orders shipped to these countries are sent DDP, meaning all applicable duties and taxes are paid upfront and there will be no additional charges on delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched within two working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We don't currently offer specific date delivery, but you can choose express shipping for faster delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you may be able to manage delivery preferences directly with the courier using your tracking number.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you're not available, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Many couriers also offer options to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour — you can often set these preferences using your tracking number.
Do you offer click and collect?
We currently only offer home delivery. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your chosen delivery address.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
While we work with reliable couriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, high volumes, or other unforeseen factors. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's no update after 3 working days past the expected delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
What couriers do you use?
UK deliveries: We typically use Royal Mail for all UK orders.
International deliveries: We typically use Evri International for standard orders or UPS for express deliveries.
