We offer hassle free returns on all orders.
All items delivered within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason.
The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the order has been incorrectly supplied or is faulty.
We will refund or exchange returned items as long as they're sent back to us complete with all packaging, tags and are unused (i.e. the same as they were received).
Normally refunds and exchanges will be processed on the same day the goods are received back by us.
Orders from outside the UK: The cost of carriage for sending an exchange item to an overseas address will be payable before the replacement item is sent.

Our mills are easy to care for - Please follow the instructions below to maximise their working life.
1. Please do not put salt in our pepper mills. The grinding components don't have the same corrosion-resistant coating as our salt mills, and they may rust.
2. Please do not put any of our products through the dishwasher.
*Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
3. Ensure you're careful not to trap your fingers in the grinding components of the mill.
4. Our mills are heavy, be careful when handling them and avoid storing them around the edges of surfaces.

We use a Swiss grinding mechanism in each of our mills. 'Swiss Made' is synonymous with quality ubiquitously, and our grinders certainly don't disappoint.
The burrs have been specifically designed to extract the best flavour by stripping the peppercorns instead of crushing them.
The precision carbon steel grinding mechanism is durable and long-lasting, plus we've added a tin coating to every salt mill to prevent corrosion.

It really is a great mill but I ordered a pepper mill (P) and received a salt (S) mill. It grinds up the contents just the same but it was irritating. Also (and this is not your fault at all) I accidentally activated the ‘SHOP’ software which was a real pain - they emailed me to say the Peppermill had been delivered and it hadn’t so I left a poor review and I’m really sorry about this as the product is pretty fab.

Then the anticipation while waiting for it to arrive…such a beautiful pepper grinder, form and function 100%. Every time we sit down to dinner we admire it and I am having more pepper on everything ! Wir sind zufällig auf die Iron Mills gestoßen und haben nach ein paar Tagen Bedenkzeit trotz des hohen Preises eine Pfeffermühle in Anthrazit bestellt. Und war richtig endlich von möglichen Plastikrückständen im gemahlenen Pfeffer wegzukommen und wollten lieber einmal teuer, dafür aber „was Richtiges“ kaufen. Soweit, so gut. Nun zu einem kleinen Pferdefuß: die Mehrwertsteuer kam noch on top, was uns klar war - aber wir mussten natürlich noch zusätzlich den „Service“ von DHL zum Abführen der Steuern bezahlen. Hat beim „gepfefferten“ Gesamtpreis aber letztlich auch keinen großen Unterschied gemacht. Eine Sache noch zum Schluss: Die Mühle ist kleiner als erwartet, was jedoch sehr gut ist - denn sie ist massiv schwer, richtig toll! Alles in allem 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung! Die tolle Mühle werden auch unsere zukünftigen Enkel noch verwenden können. Grüße aus Hohenstein/Hessen

Great looking grinders. Heavyweight and feel like they will last a lifetime. I bought this to accompany the stainless steel salt mill.. and they look great together. The grind settings and mechanism are great. I've previously had the cheap supermarket grinders and they are always too corse. These can grind super fine. A luxury item but they'll last a lifetime (and probably beyond yours). I like it when people design with longevity and quality in mind. So, thumbs up!
