We offer hassle free returns on all orders.
All items delivered within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason.
The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the order has been incorrectly supplied or is faulty.
We will refund or exchange returned items as long as they're sent back to us complete with all packaging, tags and are unused (i.e. the same as they were received).
Normally refunds and exchanges will be processed on the same day the goods are received back by us.
Orders from outside the UK: The cost of carriage for sending an exchange item to an overseas address will be payable before the replacement item is sent.

Our mills are easy to care for - Please follow the instructions below to maximise their working life.
1. Please do not put salt in our pepper mills. The grinding components don't have the same corrosion-resistant coating as our salt mills, and they may rust.
2. Please do not put any of our products through the dishwasher.
*Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
3. Ensure you're careful not to trap your fingers in the grinding components of the mill.
4. Our mills are heavy, be careful when handling them and avoid storing them around the edges of surfaces.

We use a Swiss grinding mechanism in each of our mills. 'Swiss Made' is synonymous with quality ubiquitously, and our grinders certainly don't disappoint.
The burrs have been specifically designed to extract the best flavour by stripping the peppercorns instead of crushing them.
The precision carbon steel grinding mechanism is durable and long-lasting, plus we've added a tin coating to every salt mill to prevent corrosion.

In my previous review, I expressed dissatisfaction with the double mill rest. Emily was receptive and addressed my concerns immediately - excellent customer service. I received the salt grinder - every bit as amazing as the pepper grinder. Thank you!

The pepper grinder looks, works, and feels amazing - not heavy at all, but it has a bit of heft which speaks to the quality. The funnel is solid and serviceable; both items are utter perfection. The double mill rest is solid, but the logo etching on mine looks a little off, so I’ve emailed asking for a replacement. I know I’m being nit picky, but feel the logo etching on the double mill rest doesn’t match the incredibly high standards of everything else. A few suggestions: - I wanted to order the salt and pepper mills to be the same color, but felt it could be confusing. Please consider etching “salt” and “pepper” on the side to easily differentiate them. - Consider making a generic grinder (for neither salt nor pepper) - it could use the pepper grinding mechanism & the only difference would be that the handle at the top would be blank (no “S” or “P”) for grinding things like coriander or other spices. - These are such quality products, I hope you branch out and make other kitchen items (like a solid cheese grater). When I receive the salt grinder, I’ll include a separate review. Thank you!
